Chain of Responsibility (CoR) Course Information

Chain of Responsibility training is one of the first and most important steps to take to ensure you or your company isn’t liable under the CoR and OH&S Legislation. If you’re an Owner, Operator a Scheduler, Consignor or Receiver, a Packer, or Loader/Unloader, or a Driver, you are part of the Chain of Responsibility and you or your company could be fined!

We offer a number of tailored Chain of Responsibility training solutions for the National Chain of Responsibility requirements depending upon your needs.

Option 1 Chain of Responsibility Awareness Training.

Awareness training for Chain of Responsibility is provided to staff and contractors. Our approach is to include relevance to them, so that they can understand the implications. This training can be delivered either face to face or online depending upon your requirements.

Chain of Responsibility Awareness Level 1 – Suitable for frontline staff and supervisors
Duration 2 hours
Cost $120 per person (Discounts apply for large groups)

Chain of Responsibility Awareness Level 2 – Suitable for Managers, senior managers and directors.
Duration 2 hours

On successful completion of any of the above course you will receive a statement of completion

Option 2 Company Specific Training

We provide training solutions to companies, usually based on the Gap Analysis, to enable them to deliver a more specific training course in Chain of Responsibility, this can be delivered face to face or online.

Accredited Nationally Recognised Training is available for the Chain of Responsibility, Units of competency applicable are:

Level 1 – Frontline Staff
TLIF0001 Apply chain of responsibility legislation, regulations and workplace procedures
►Training involves the skills and knowledge required to apply the chain of responsibility legislation, regulations and workplace procedures.

(This unit replaces the unit TLIF2092A Demonstrate awareness of chain of responsibility regulations)

Duration 1 day

Level 2 – Supervisors & Managers
TLIF0002 Administer chain of responsibility policies and procedures
►Training involves the skills and knowledge required to administer the chain of responsibility policies and procedures. It includes identifying and interpreting relevant regulations, and reviewing operations in line with chain of responsibility regulations.

(This unit replaces TLIF3093A Implement Chain of Responsibility Regulations)

Duration 2 days

Course cost $420.00 per person (Discounts apply for large groups)

Level 3 – Senior Management & Directors
TLIF0003 Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure chain of responsibility compliance
►Training involves the skills and knowledge required to develop & ensure workplace compliance with chain of responsibility legislation.

(This unit replaces TLIF4094A Ensure Compliance with Chain of Responsibility)

Duration 2 days

Course cost $520.00 per person (Discounts apply for large groups)

The above units can also be included in to a certificate II, III or IV in Warehousing operations qualification.

Outcome
On successful completion of any of an above course you will receive a Nationally Recognised Statement of Attainment.
